We have roles for a 3 - 7 year qualified solicitor and a 7 year + qualified solicitor with excellent communication and client facing skills to join our growing team.
Acting for estate owners, commercial and residential developers, lenders and entrepreneurs across a range of sectors, the role will include providing advice and assistance to clients in all areas of commercial property including transactional work; acquisitions and disposals of commercial property; business leases; and lease renewals.
Candidates must have a real attention to detail and an ability to deliver exceptional client service at all times. Candidates will be comfortable running a busy caseload whilst ensuring procedural compliance and be team players who support all members of the client team. Candidates will also be comfortable attending to and advising clients in commercial property matters and negotiating and drafting clear and concise transactional documentation.
