The Corporate team are looking to recruit a 2 - 6 year PQE qualified solicitor with proven corporate and commercial experience to join the busy team. Candidates must have experience of leading transactions (share deals and asset sale and purchases) and be able to show their ability to manage deals involving a number of other departments. Experience of the negotiation and drafting of shareholder agreements, articles of association and commercial contracts would also be of benefit to a candidate.

 Candidates will need a keen attention to detail and be capable of providing excellent client service often against challenging timetables. The individual will be expected to make a profitable contribution to the firm and team through their fee earning but at the same time be able to support the development of the firm and team more widely. Being an excellent team player is seen as a necessity.
