About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and highly skilled Corporate Solicitor to join our thriving corporate team. You will work on a diverse range of matters for an impressive portfolio of clients, predominantly owner managed businesses but including some household names.

Key Responsibilities:

• Corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, disposals, and reorganisations.
• Advising complex contracts and shareholder agreements.
• Providing guidance on corporate governance and compliance matters.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, serving a role acting as a trusted adviser.
• Mentoring junior team members and contributing to their professional development.

About You

To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

• A minimum of 10 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in corporate law, ideally gained at a leading firm.
• A strong academic background and technical expertise in corporate matters.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• A proactive and commercially minded approach to problem-solving.
• The ability to manage a demanding workload and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships and lead multi-disciplinary teams internally.
